To overcome the pollution from Plastics, it is to Reduce, Recycle, and Replace existing fossil non-degradable plastics. Firmbase with its partners, are looking at biodegradable plastics technologies as a Replacement to these existing fossil non-degradable plastics. In order for the Replacement to be cost-effective and sustainable, we use the Collaborative Business Methodology to evaluate, develop, produce and deliver biodegradable plastics products to the end-users.
Biodegradable Plastics Enabling Additives
Today, there are already a number of biodegradable resins that replace traditional plastics in numerous applications. Like traditional plastics, many of these biodegradable resins need modifying and processing additives to enhance the resin characteristics. Our Biodegradable Plastics modifiers and additives are applicable for either Transparent or Opaque and Rigid or Flexible applications.
